AN ONLINE PRESENCE AS DEPENDABLE AS THEIR CARE
An Instagram or Facebook account is often the first point of contact a potential client has with a service. Regardless of the quality of that service, if there is a perceived misalignment between stated values and the way offerings are presented in digital spaces, potential clients might feel less than confident about taking the next step.
ICRM came to us aiming to increase the consistency of their social media presence. Together, we developed guidelines, templates, and systems that keep their online presence aligned with the same values of dependability and clarity that their clinic celebrates
PLANNING AHEAD
An important balance must be struck when scheduling months of social media content in advance: Maintaining a solid and timeless voice while engaging in heartfelt and timely posting.
Working with ICRM to strike this balance, we first established an account with our social media scheduling partners, Sked. We developed brand voice guidelines, image templates, and a unique, branded ICRM Instagram link in bio with both static buttons and clickable feed images.
COLLABORATION AND APPROVAL
Each month, we are able to work with ICRM to develop content that is educational and evergreen, warm and timely, and everything in between.
Looking ahead at hashtag holidays, industry-relevant awareness campaigns, and dates that are meaningful to ICRM individually, it’s simple to create a sense of closeness and immediacy while creating content in advance. Sourcing stock images that feel personal and utilizing templates that follow a clear pattern, it’s easy to develop a feed that reflects ICRM’s goals.
Using Sked’s content approval tool, we receive direct, immediate feedback on the content we create. This fosters a truly collaborative partnership.
MAINTAINING MOMENTUM
The secret of any successful digital marketing plan is maintenance. An active process, maintaining a social media feed requires constant image sourcing, research, copywriting, and collaboration.
