THE MOST IMPORTANT FUNDING DAY OF THE YEAR
“Arizona Gives Day”—an annual effort to direct attention and funding to all of the state’s important nonprofit organizations—creates a vital opportunity for creative participation and engagement for every local nonprofit. You may be familiar with similar giving days in your state, and if you run a nonprofit yourself, you know how many details become urgent at once when preparing for the big day.
Well-versed in the needs, approaches, and creative energy required for a successful giving day campaign, we have worked with Arizona Cattle Dog Rescue four years running, creating themed, original pieces for their Instagram-based donor outreach. While their nonprofit organization doesn’t require a year-round external team, our collaboration on this annual project allows for a straightforward flow from idea to detailed final campaign assets, without any details falling through the cracks.

THOROUGH & CREATIVE
Because practically every nonprofit participates in annual giving days on social media, clever ideas and well-researched details can make a huge impact on viewership and in meeting funding goals.
Each year, ACDR posts a unique image every hour on the hour throughout Arizona Gives Day, so we have tailored the designs toward the viewers’ niches—when we explored a postcard theme in 2019, each location was an Arizona favorite spot, when we created .gifs of Olympic sports in 2020, the sports we chose were based on local hobbies, and when we created movie posters and memes in 2021 and 2022, each choice appealed to the nostalgia and experiences of the audience.
These images remain in ACDR’s Instagram feed, continuing to express the lighthearted, local approach that helps ACDR connect with the community.
